    This estimate covers Miami-Dade NOA approved impact units, standard installation, and haul-away of the existing openings. Permit fees, stucco or drywall repair, structural modification, and non-standard framing are quoted separately following the on-site measure. Pricing is based on the dimensions supplied and is held for 30 days from the date above. The on-site measure confirms the figures and converts this into a fixed contract price; openings that measure materially different to those listed will be re-quoted before any work is agreed.
